Digital Strategist

Each day our Digital Strategists actively network and meet with decision-makers to discuss the needs of their businesses and brands, aiming to provide comprehensive and powerful digital solutions to better engage their customers and audiences.

A closer look at this role:

- Inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting to reach sales prospects.

- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations. 

- Develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business strategy.

- Work closely with the project execution teams to ensure customer goals are achieved and expectations met or exceeded.

- Continuously engage customers and client-side decision-makers to maintain close relationships and identify upsell or new business opportunities.

- Report on sales activities using CRM software Salesforce.

- Work closely with the sales team and Head of Digital Strategy to ensure monthly sales targets for product sales are met.

Communications and Partnerships Manager

A key role that requires a strong background in Communications, PR and strategy as you will be representing RADP on all fronts. You’ll be a key spokesperson for the company, with strong networking skills to help identify and secure key partnership opportunities.

- Develop new business partnerships and establish the positioning of RADP brands within its sphere of influence and product sectors using all relevant channels.

- Develop a media relations strategy that will position RADP as a brand to contend with via high-level placements in media, print and broadcast.

- Identify local & international online reach partners split as aggregators and bookmarking sites.

- Develop a framework for Influencer network for RADP brands.

- Ensure an effective media press release strategy.

Head of Social Media

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Social Media Managers managing Pulse’s marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities across all social media channels. You will guide the team in creating and implementing highly sharable content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand. You must be passionate about digital and the latest market trends, and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to use social media to strategically build brands, create attention, engage audiences, and grow communities. 

A closer look at this role:

- Day-to-day execution & quality control (typos, description/caption context, etc.) of all social media campaigns for all brand category pages in line with set KPIs including analysis, review and reports on the effectiveness of these campaigns in an effort to maximize results and to ensure a cohesive approach.

- Ensure all channel and social content guidelines (best practices, features, experiment briefs, community standards, copyright/IP, etc) are well documented, always updated, and constantly reviewed with team members during daily/weekly meetings.

- Work alongside the Director of Marketing in developing content decks for social content formats & special campaigns for monetization 

- Coordinate & collaborate with other members of the task force team to get all the resources needed to maintain quality, ensure output/distribution as planned, and to ensure brand consistency (brand voice, graphics) always. 

- Collaborate with category team members in managing social media campaigns & executing day-to-day activities in line with KPIs & to achieve the brand goals & objectives including:

- Collaborate with operations/account management/sales team to ensure the execution of all client campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing Pulse’s marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities across all social media channels designed to connect with our communities and grow our brands. You will create and post creative content to engage our audiences.

- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and daily activities on our social media pages.

- Monitor trends across channels using social media tools such as IO Analytics and CrowdTangle and ensure time-to-market for content distribution is efficient.

- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and collect and interpret data for useful insights.

- Analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.

- Event coverage for the brand and its clients based on communicated briefs, distribution of content across relevant channels, reporting on performance of this content.

Video Editor / Motion Graphics Editor

We are looking for skilled video editors and motion graphics editors to create video content with high visual impact that will engage our clients’ audiences and help to achieve their strategic goals.

A closer look at this role:

- Work to a brief agreed with the client and account manager, then develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives

- Create video content that meets organizational standards and brand expectations, express clients’ ideas accurately, and represent the client appropriately

- Produce high-quality videos ensuring the appropriate use of images, photos, sound, colour, spelling, grammar, etc.

- Filming and post-production activities.

- Collaborate with multiple teams or clients, meet deadlines and budget constraints, work simultaneously on multiple projects.

- Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and After Effects. 

- Proven experience working in an agency or in-house video department, with a strong portfolio.

Video Producer

We are looking for a skilled producer with experience producing stunning digital videos. You should be passionate about finding and telling the right stories in new and engaging ways. You will guide the team in creating and implementing highly sharable video content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand. 

A closer look at this role:

- Spearhead the development of new Pulse TV shows.

- Oversee ideation, scripting, shooting and post-production for all Pulse video projects.

- Oversee timelines for all Pulse TV projects, ensuring shows are published to schedule.

- Coordinate a team of junior producers, scriptwriters, creative talents and technical crew, delegating as appropriate.

- You will organise shooting schedules, obtain relevant permits when shooting on the field, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety laws.

- You will be responsible for securing appropriate rights, licenses and clearances for video usage, image usage and soundtrack usage, and resolving all other factual or legal concerns.

- You will supervise post-production to ensure quality control, including proofreading and cross-checking facts, spelling, grammar, writing style, design pages, photos, images, sound, colour, etc.

- You will be accountable to a budget, overseeing costs at all stages of production.
